The Features of Convenience
This easy-to-use system offers a telephone-
based directory panel that mounts in the
entryway outside of the secured-access door
of a multiple unit residence. Visitors simply
look up a resident’s name on the backlit
LCD display and enter the corresponding
apartment code into the lighted, 12-digit
keypad. Residents receive a call through their
regular touchtone™ phone. No extra wiring
needed. From the safety of the tenant’s home,
they can talk to the visitor and even allow
access through the security door by using
the keypad on their touchtone™ telephone
handset. Each resident’s privacy is protected,
because actual telephone numbers and
apartment numbers are never displayed.
Residents receive the added
convenience of not needing their keys
to get in the building. By entering an
access code into the lobby’s directory
keypad, they can gain access through
the building’s main door.
Easy to install, the system simply
needs a power connection, phone line
and an electric door release/power
supply to provide unparalleled security.
Apartment living has never been safer
or more convenient.
